CONNIE DAVIDSON : "As far back as I can remember I have always had a fascination with radio - apart from a brief spell in my life, when I was eight and fancied being a butcher, but we won’t go there right now.
I have finished my first year of studying radio broadcasting at college and plan to do my second year after the summer. Right now I am studying Journalism to help gain extra skills for this line of work. From the age of 15 I have been volunteering at a hospital radio station and have gain work experience with BBC Scotland, Galaxy FM, Kingdom FM and have work for a community radio station, thankfully not just making the coffee as I have never really been good at that.
During my days behind the microphone at hospital radio, I was introduced to the lovely Mr Colin Johnston, who led me onto Channel Fife. I have been volunteering at the internet TV station since November 2009 and have enjoyed working with the team behind and in front of the camera.
The future plan is to keep working away and doing what I am doing and hope for a successful career in Radio with a spot of television on the side."
