Channel Fife TV were invited to attend the launch of the '2010 Bruce Festival' where Graeme Campbell interviewed Celtic singer and musician Karen Matheson, Wendy Masterton from 'Kingdom Bikers', Susan Hughes from 'Dunfermline City Management', Charlie Allan from 'The Clanranald Trust' and Stuart McGann from the 'Dunfermline Press'.
The press launch took place at Dunfermline Abbey where Karen Matheson will be performing during the 2010 event which takes place from the 19th - 29th August.

The Bruce Festival, Dunfermline
Graeme Campbell of Channel-Fife TV reports from the annual 'Bruce Festival' held in Dunfermline, Scotland.

Set in the beautiful grounds of Pittencrieff park, this spectacular event includes Knights and Foot Soldiers demonstrating various styles of combat with the weaponry of the period, with children playing the roles of squires to the Knights.
The c
entrepiece of the day's entertainment was the jousting company 'Red Crow' who presented full armour contact displays of jousting.

Piping and drumming was supplied by 'Saor Patrol'.

This event was opened by the Earl of Elgin.
